1st Annual Advances in Men’s Health

Lodge at Whitefish, Whitefish, Montana
August 23-26, 2021

Providing healthcare to men can be a challenge. Typically, they are reluctant consumers; they make fewer appointments than women and are far less likely to have a regular source of medical care. Consequently, they tend to present with later-stage illnesses than their female counterparts and die more often from 14 of the 15 leading causes of death. In spite of their relative apathy, once men are in a care environment they often have remarkably high expectations. As such, it behooves those interested in men’s health to remain up-to-date, and Advances in Men’s Health will provide relevant education to both primary care and urology providers, utilizing speakers who are both leaders in their field and skilled teachers. It is hoped that a dialogue will ensue between PCPs and urology specialists that will enhance everyone’s quality of men’s healthcare delivery.

This meeting is being held in a beautiful lakeside lodge, minutes from Glacier National Park, and the agenda will allow for attendees and their families to explore and participate in the ample recreational opportunities of this Montana paradise.
