ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr. Perinchery Narayan is a urologist with North Florida Urology Associates in Gainesville, Florida, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Putnam Community Medical Center and Shands Lake Shore Regional Medical Center. In 1994, he was recruited from the University of San Francisco as the new Chief of Urology at the University of Florida. Dr. Narayan, a renowned expert in the field of prostate cancer, received his medical degree from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India, and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
