In this 6-minute presentation, she classifies localized and metastatic disease stages and discusses treatment options.

Localized prostate cancer is divided into low- and intermediate-risk categories. Dr. Lizardi lists treatment options for all stages, including active surveillance, prostatectomy, radiation, or focal therapy. Patients may also be managed with androgen deprivation therapy or brachytherapy. She also notes diagnostic tools, such as MRI, PSMA, and monitoring PSA levels, that guide therapy decisions.
