Alice Yu, MD, MPH, is a Urologic Surgeon and Assistant Member in the Department of GU Oncology at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, and also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Her clinical practice focuses on the surgical treatment of urologic cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, penile, and testicular cancer, using minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) and open techniques. She is interested in surgical outcomes research and quality improvement with a focus on bladder and prostate cancers.
Dr. Yu received her MD from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and she completed a residency in urology at McGill University Health Center. Dr. Yu earned her MPH at Harvard University and then completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology in the Combined Harvard Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Yu is certified with the American Board of Urology, is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and sits on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Prostate Cancer Early Detection Panel.
