Jason M. Kim, MD, is an associate professor of urology and director of the Women's Pelvic Health and Continence Center at Stony Brook University Hospital in East Setauket, New York. He is board-certified in urology as well as in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Kim completed his medical degree and urology residency at Stony Brook University School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in female urology, voiding dysfunction, and pelvic floor reconstruction at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Kim specializes in urinary incontinence and overactive bladder and has authored over 100 publications and meeting presentations on these topics. He is regularly invited as a moderator or speaker to the annual meetings of the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction. Dr. Kim is involved in overactive bladder and urinary incontinence outcomes research. Among Dr. Kim’s many awards are Surgeon of Excellence by the Surgical Review Corporation (2021-2024), Excellence in Resident/Fellow Mentoring by the Renaissance School of Medicine (2023), and Top Doctor by Castle Connolly and Newsday (2023-2024).
