ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Researcher-physician E. David Crawford, MD, Jack A. Vickers Director of Prostate Research and Professor of Urology at the University of California, San Diego, has devoted his career in medicine to educating the public about men's health issues and finding effective techniques and procedures to address prostate cancer, the most common malignancy affecting men in the United States.

Dr. Steven A. Kaplan is the Director of the Men’s Wellness Program at Mount Sinai Health System and a Professor of Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is an internationally renowned leader in the study of benign diseases of the prostate, the association of metabolic factors with voiding dysfunction, and female urology.

Dr. Kevin T. McVary currently serves as the Director of the Center for Male Health and Professor of Urology at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He received his MD from Northwestern Medical School. He joined the faculty at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was a Professor of Urology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine for 23 years. He served as the Director of the Center for Sexual Health at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and was Director of the Andrology Fellowship Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
