How to Claim CME Credit

To claim CME credit, you must fill out the CME Eval and Post-Test handout and return the handout to the Perspectives in Urology: Point Counterpoint registration desk before you leave.

You will receive an email following the conference instructing you on how to log into the Medical College of Wisconsin “Ethos” system and download your certificate.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
